Win 2003 SBS SMTP Mail Feed HELP!

Hi I'm going to installing a Windows 2003 SBS in the next couple of weeks and will be setting it up as an SMTP mail feed. My only worry is that I've never set up an SMTP mail feed before. On any server setups before I've set them up as POP3 mail. Is it reasonably straight forward to set up an SMTP mail feed or is there a user guide or book that will help? Thank you's in advance Chris
