Hi,

I wonder if someone can help me. I've just
recently started supporting a customers
system and have been asked to setup a new
email account on the network for a new user.
When we configure outlook on the users pc
with them logged in we get connection
failures when connecting to the pop account.
However using the exact same details while
logged in as an adminstrator account works
fine and gets the messages correctly.

I've checked the obvious things, but if
anyone does know what could be causing this
issue please do let me know. It looks like an
setting in active directory i suppose
somewhere.

Then you need to check permissions on the server.
