Will Windows XP upgrade to Win Server 2003 without data loss? Or do I need to reformat my HD with two partitions? Just trying to find out in advance. Thanks!

I don't think it will upgrade to 2003, I tried it myself, I have WinXP Pro and I wanted to install 2003 and it told me that it will make a new clean install, it cannot upgrade from XP.. so now I have both operating systems on one machine on different partitions.
