I'm having trouble with backup exec on a server in a client's network. I'm trying to backup the "system state" (which is in the shadow copy components) on a Windows 2003 terminal server in their network, but I get this strange error when trying to select it. When I click on "Shadow Copy Components", I get the error
"An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of \\term2\Shadow?Copy?Components. A Failure occurred initializing the volume snapshot service."
Has anyone ever had this issue? Googling brought up nothing, as well as veritas' support database. This really sucks if I have to pay for support on an error in their software. Help!!!
