WHS won't set the local time anymore.

I had the same problem - I fixed it by clicking the Settings link under the WHS log in the upper right corner of the WHS Console. Under Date & Time - click Change. In the Date and Time Properties dialog, click the Date & Time tab, click forward to the next date (Don't click apply), then click back to the correct date. NOW click Apply. The time server setting in the INternet Time tab will now function properly.
