Is there some way to determine where a user
account is logged in and when was the last time
the account was logged in anywhere? I was
thinking of someway with dsquery just not sure

Hm.. nope you will need a administrative program to supervise logging accounts.

I believe that "admin program" is called auditing and once enabled will show entries in the security event log.
Google enable auditing for the how to.
So Carl how did it work out with your dns question?

Yep servers since NT have auditing. You just have to enable it and set exactly what you want to track.
