Website access among host and VPC in Win2003

hi,
i have a host with XP and a VPC with win2003.
everything is fine in terms of internet access,
file sharing from windows explorer but

"im not able to access the websites running
on VPC from my host
"

i do have networking in terms of both
machines have dynamic IPs;

i can access any local site of my host from
VPC but not the other way :(

i've posted my query here also but its not
solved yet.

kindly help
