Hello,

I have searched the internet for an application that I would like to have, but I am not able to find what I wan't. I hope someone here knows a way to create or buy an application that does the following:

I wan't managers to be able to login to a website or a small program, where they can set up user accounts for their members. Since the company I work for, uses sox, I must be able to print the accounts when they are created, and give my permission for it. What I wan't, is that people can give the name of the new person, and place a mark with what programs and folders the user needs access too. Then the user can be reviewed by the IT department, and if it's ok, be automaticly created by pressing an accept button. If there is software in the list, I can send it manually, since we work with two different packaging systems. Folder rights must be done automaticly. This would really make the process of account creating a lot easier. If possible, I wan't to let the users be able to edit accounts of users too, but only the accounts where they have access too (the users of their department). When created, I must (because of sox) be able to print it out and put my autograph under the form.

We use Windows Server 2000/2003 (we are migrating to 2003, so if the software only works for 2003 then that will be fine), with active directory.

My apologies for my english, it is not my main language.

Thank you in advance,

Arawn

Sorry, I don't know of any. But I know that my company have created a program with visual basic that can change passwords and open the users work area. all it does is redirect to active directory. If you have any experience in that field maybe you could create a program.

Well that won't be a solution. i'm not a programmer myself. if there is a paid solution i would get permission to buy it (if a trial works as it should). it would save me so much time on daily basis, so that i could actually do some work instead.
