I am about to setup a webserver, i put my server in the DMZ zone, and only opened port 80 for incoming and outgoing, My question is when i setup the DNS server on this to host the websites i know i got to point it to itself but how will the people outside who type in the website get resolved once the name is registered, do i point my web server DNS server to my ISP because my ip for web server starts with a 10. range so it is still using an internal IP.

Connecting within NAT means the firewall must be set to send the packets to the right machine. As far as DNS is concerned, clients simply must be able to resolve the correct public IP address using your internet domain name.
