To start with I want to say thanks to all the people that answer my questions on this site.
Ok my problem is that I am trying to set up a web server on server 2003. That is simple enough, but i am teaching a web creation class and I want each student to be able to post there own pages. I need to setup them a seperate directory so they can post there pages and only have access to that directory. I don't want them to access any other directories. They will use wsftp to upload there pages. How can I do this. I already have IIS6 install with frontpage extensions and ftp.

set up the sites as virtual directories and use the permmisons wizard to allow only the admin group and the individual full control of their dir.
allow every to read and exe only.

Thanks for the help. I set that up but everytime I try to ftp in I get home directory is not accesible. What am I doing wrong. If I try anomymos login. I can get it, but if I try to set up users I get the thing about home directory. I think it is error code 503. I have tried setting up the user under ftp and the web services. I am evidently doing something wrong. Any more advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
