Comment:

The network at my company has a mixture of 2k servers and a couple of 2003 servers. We are having a devil of a time keeping the network time sync'd, as well as the user PC's. Using LMcheck we have a maximum variance of over 2 minutes and an average variance of over 6 seconds. I know this doesn't sound too bad, but my supervisor is all over us about this and wants it sync'd better. Any suggestions?

Increase the frequency of NTP time syncs. It's a registry value if I remember correctly.
