W2k3 servers cant access each other

CPU/Ram: p4/512

I have two computers running w2k3 with shared files. No of the w2k3 computers can see the other computer, not even ping it. A mac in the same network can access both of the computers and the shared files. All computers have internet access, but not in the localnetwork. What can I do to solve this?
