W2K3 Server Reboot alone!

Sounds like it could be a hardware issue, are you getting any error messages?

Ohhhhhh, wait a sec, you meant gluestick, didn't you???
heheh, ya, I would suspect memory first too, but I had similar issues caused by a bad power supply.

My 98se used to reboot periodically, and other times not reboot at all due to a conflicting IRQ(usb and NIC card). Check your IRQ, see if 2 of them have the same. If so, change one, hehe. Most likely I'd agree with them it's probably a bad memory stick.
