W2K3 SE Stops Loading After Log-on

Good Day! my dear friends in here. I have a problem regarding on this windows 2003 SE, that it will stop loading after loging-on to it. The environtment was all plain background, like no taskbar & desktop icons present, totally plain as i said. It was happened 2 times of my server (Win2K3 SE). What this type of a problem that this OS was? Actually, i like this OS due to the ICS, too fast. But, this is my problem i said.
Summary: This PC stopped allowing any log ons to the local system or the network. 3 different people tried, using the known Administrator(local & network)and their own passwords. No luck. I "repaired" Window...
Summary: After i reboot i don't wait quite 5 minutes, I'll try waiting a little longer. So with Terminal Services removed and using just Remote Desktop should allow me to modidy print settings etc, good! :) Af...
Summary: Curious if it's possible to somehow display our network logon security message (you are accessing a private network....) at the clients log on screen. Right now we use kix32 which runs after the login...
