Any idea why after what seems to be almost a complete install the system will reboot. I have a new Dell SC1600 dual xeon. I tried to load the evaluation CD of 2003 on. Windows 2000 server,RH9,XPpro worked fine. A clean install with the lsi scsi driver at boot all goes normal. I couldn't use the Dell way of installing and I don't think it should matter. They use a NT based GUI to load OS's.

"all goes normal" --- I mean the way it loads not that it actually works.

The problem is that the drivers from ati are not really installed there using the microsoft drivers insted all you need to do: Right click my computer/properties Go into the hardware tab/Device Manager Click on display adapters then your display adpater. Click Driver/Update Driver Install from a list or specific location [Advanced] Don't Search i will choose the driver to install/NEXT Look for the ATI Driver that does not have [Microsoft Corparation printed next to it... then hit next and reboot, i hope this helps you.

How can I get past that on a clean install? I can look that up I guess but have never had to do that during an install.
