I currently have an SBS 2003 R2 running and am able to connect by remote desktop, however this becomes annoying when you have to transfer data between a home pc and the office.

I have set up a VPN passthrough on the router and when trying to connect it gets to the authentication stage and just cant connect.

ANY IDEAS PLEASE????

What all ports do you have forwarded on the router towards the server? Also, what brand router is it? The router has to be able to pass through Protocol 47 (GRE)- Linksys routers have this problem.

Assume that I already did an Internet search.
