VM Win Server 2003 Admin password

Forgot the password to Windows Server 2003 on a VMware instance. Does anyone know how to recover or reset the password WinServer 2003 on VMware? PS. Tried google, but only found one article on expert-exchange and did not want to pay for the answer.
