Vista no access with server 2003

OS: VISTA ultimate
CPU/Ram: 1GB
Product: DELL OPTIPLEX 330
Comment:

Server 2003 with DHCP works fine with 20 client XP pc's on internet.
When I connect a VISTA (ultimate)pc I have no internet. I can ping the server and I have an IP from the DHCP. What can I do?

Did you join the Vista machine to the domain? Can you ping google.com or an external IP address?

Disable the firewall and try again to connecto the internet

ping to external IP = timeout
firewall disabled = yes but no result

join the domain = cannot connect the domainname.

I have no idea why? The XP clients work fine.

What is the domain name? I had one where the domain name as mortgage.local but sometimes I had to use mortgage0.

Is DHCP running on the network? Is it getting an IP address? Have you tried a static IP? Is the network adapter enabled in the device manager?
