Hey, I have the same problem, except, it's usually while playing a game, or multile windows open, or some times just sitting idle. Blue screen of death and a messege that sometimes points to win32k.sys, or sometimes points to n4_disp.sys or sometimes even IRQL_Not_Less_than_Equal_to. And it's getting really annoying. It will sometimes go half hour, 5 minutes, 2 hours... very spuratic. Not a lick of problems in XP Pro, or Win 2000 Ent. Server. I'm running Windows 2003 Server DataCenter Edition. I've already gone to http://www.msfn.org/win2k3/ to configure server more towards main stream workstation with all the perks of a High end server. I'm running AMD XP 2200, IWill XP333-R Motherboard, HighPoint RocketRAID 404 controller with 4x80GB WD 8MB SE drives (320GB Total), Nvida Geforce4 4600, PC2700 512MB, 520Watt PSU, Dual GigaNics and all Water Cooled. I really don't want to down grade to Windows 2000 DataCenter Server but there is already SP4 out for that version and I think it's more updated with driver issues than the 2003 version :( Any help would be appreciated.
