Hi, I am not able to check the option "use advanced open file option". the whole page is greyed out and I am wondering why. Maybe someone of you can help me.

If you didn't purchase the module(s) you can't check the box. Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.
