I tried going into "Computer Management" under Windows administrative tools. I initialized the drive and tried format, but it says the drives were not changed due to an error. It directs me to event viewer which gives me a "VDS Basic Provider 1.0" error in the system events. "Unexpected Failure. Error Code: 1@01010018".
