At work, They are currently blocking socialing websites and monitoring what people go on. In IE tools and internet options they have a server in there that it picks the internet from.

I am after using my server / internet maybe creating some role on the server so i can put my server or IP in how i cannot to my internet at work and not use there internet server and use myn.

Any ideas? And would it be a case of changing just that setting in IE or would i have to change the setting in Network settings too at work?
