I'm using the User Management Resource Administrator to design a form to handle account creation for my organization. However, I can’t get the form to show up inside my help desk’s client. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Mike

I work for the developer of the product and run the UK office.

It is most likely the security on the form (right click in the form config in the console, then scurity tab, then add the user/group.

If you continue to have issues please contact us directly using the information on our web site.

Thanks,

Rob

Thanks for the help, but support at www.advtoolware.com helped out with this issue. The only thing they didn't answer for me was pricing. I have 3 employees that will be resetting passwords. How much will that cost? Plus, on your software, will I have to pay sales tax as well? I'm a state agency in Nebraska.
