Usb mass storage device

Ok My phone which is a nokia 3300 has an mp3 player on it so i connect it on my computer and it pops up as a mass storge device.... k the problem is that normally on xp as soon s i pop it in my computer it atomaticaly finds it and everythings works properley but now that av switched to win2k03 it finds it but wen i go on my computer its not there but its still on the task bar....
O and am usin win2k03 as an OS because it works best for me.....

2003 is SERVER software. Expecting it to behave/work just like a desktop OS is just plain silly because it won't.
Obviously 2003 is not working "best" for you, or you wouldn't be here asking for help connecting an mp3 player to it. I recommend you go back to using XP since it was designed to be a desktop OS and it did work for you for this.
