CPU/Ram: intel p-4/512 mb

i've a win 2000 server i want to upgrade my o.s. to win2003 server i 've imp data in server that's why i can't format server without loss any data or any application can i upgrade my server to win2003 server

i've win 2000 server with a dds4 tapdrive if i want to restore backup in win2000 server from win 2003 server then i can't take

so you don't back the data up and it is that important? I wouldn't upgrade without a backup.
