Unable to send emails to domains

We are running Win 2003 SBS with Exchange. We are having problems sending emails to certain domains. A NDR is received when sending to these domains. This happens with all email accounts in our system. We are able to receive emails fine from these domains. Here is a copy of the NDR:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: XXXXXX

Sent: 8/20/2008 9:51 AM


The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

XXXXXXX on 8/20/2008 9:51 AM

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

<XXXX.XXXXX.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for XXXX@XXXX.XXX>
