Unable to login to Windows Server 2003

I have a Windows 2003 Server standard edition, and when I go to the console I press ctrl-alt-del I attempt to login as Administrator and after 10 minutes I get the press ctrl-alt-del screen no errors but I do not login

booted with Windows 2003 CD and ran Repair, I was able to login as administrator, but I still cannot login from Windows as Administrator.

That would indicate a corrupt Administrator account. Can you logon via the network as administrator?
Do you have a backup Admin account???? If not launch MMC and load the computers and users module after you have logged in as administrator via the network. Create another admin account. Then logon via it at the console.
Sure hope so or you may find yourself reinstalling from scratch.
