If you do not have the driver, go to the following URL and download the driver and install it!! http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloads1-3.aspx?series=16&Software=True However, if you are experiencing much more complicated problem like conflict or windows problem, I need more information in order to be able to help you efficiently.

use the driver for the 98se~ME or the xp they all work if you have another nic of capture card causeing a conflict take it out so the auto setup will work [[choose it from the list-that will tell ya something] move the nic to another slot
