Two NICs Win Server 2003

I have a Dell Poweredge server with two NICS. Both of the NICs are listing themselves as IPs for the domain controller in the pdc's own DNS table, which is a problem: when clients try to reach the pdc at the IP of the second NIC, it is not reachable. Is there a solution?

install RRAS on the server this will enable the 2 cards to see each other

RRAS is irrelevant in this scenario. This system is not a router.
