TS CAL Reset any way to do it

December 17, 2012 at 00:32:02
Specs: Windows 2003
I have a win ce terminal for warehouse/administtrative jobs and it connect to win 2003 server . All of this is a pre buy presentation for one of my client and one of thoose devices happend to broke shortly after we even start the whole thing. The idea was that the client should test for TS CAL trial period it and now he's giving me hard times because he's having only 4 instead of five devices to test. I have the broken fifth replaced but Ts CAL won't let me coonect to the server because it was per device and all five licenses have been used

Where is the original file? Surely you kept a copy of it either on backup at the time it was installed or on the original media it came on.

Otherwise call Microsoft support.
