CPU/Ram: Athlon XP2600+, 1 Gb DDR

hi guys,
im using windows 2003 on 1 box and 2000pro on the other. i have ics working and both can see each other in network neibhourhood. But when i try to access files on the 2003 machine from the 2000 one it asks for a logon. I am using Administrator as a logon for both machines and neither one has a password. what is going on??
any help would be great...

go to System and you have to configure , In System propertie got to NetworkID , Make shore you reset the admins,. and password.and tried aging
