I have a Windows server 2000 machine running Active directory i was trying to install Live communications so i tried to install evaluation windows 2003 server in a machine and i assigned it as child domain, then i find its useless cause i need to expand the active directory Data base with Live communications so i moved the 2003 machine and i re installed 2003 and assigned it as a domain controller and its backed the 2000 AD succefully but the problem is that the child domain which i moved still appear in tursts in both of 2000 and 2003 and the remove option is grayed its just allow edited which dont offer any useful thing, and when i click verfiy in there of course it give error cant find this Domain, the problem is that live communication (which working fine) showing the domain which i have currnetly running and the deleted child domain and its give warnings about its problem with connecting with this child domain, i tried to delete its record manually from the dns forwad but its didnt help Please help me to be able to remove this child domain.
