Tracking messages in Exchange??

In Exchange system manager (EX2003) console, when i click Tools->Message Tracking Center, nothing gets listed in the right pane, what is the problem and how exactly do i go about it?

Do you mean that the Message Tracking Center fields don't appear or that no messages are being displayed?

i mean - the tracking center and all the fields appears but nothing ever get displayed. what do i need to enter in the fields?

Well for starters you need to enter what server it is your tracking messages on. Either name or ip address, then you can also filter by sender or receiver and time/date etc. If you just enter the exchange server and hit find it should display all the current days messages by default.
