Product: Dell/PowerEdge 2800

I am trying to run Progress 9.1c WebSpeed on this server. After re-boot, it works - for about 10-15 minutes - then I get:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
