Hi
In the event viewer, I see this message. Please to resolve this issue.
Thanks
source: ntds
Category: service control
Event ID: 1394User: NT Authority\anonymous logon
All problems preventing updates to the Active Directory Database have been cleared.
New updates to the Active Directory database are succeding. The Net Logon service has restarted.

This has been a typical message that I've seen on my older server, which would typically crash, come back up and get this message. The problem with that machine was a fan failure and it was overheating. I'd check all your hardware out.
Again, from a simple google search of: event id: 1394 I found the following:
Most likely this is related to a HARDWARE PROBLEM.
1) Check your RAM. Swap out the modules for known good ones.
2) Check your system settings. Be sure you are NOT overclocking ANYTHING.
3) Check ALL your hardware for compatibility with W2K Server. Be sure all your hardware device drivers are of the proper version for compatibility.
4) Check your system and CPU cooling for proper operation.
5) Uninstall any non-Microsoft software until you're sure that none of them are causing this problem.
Holy Wow.
