I want to install a full blown terminal server running MS Server 2003. My question is if I want the client stations to be dummy terminals, how do set them up so when they are booted up the ctl-alt-del logon comes directly from the derver instead of having to logon locall first and then logging on th the server?

I haven't worked with a whole lot of thin clients (a dumb terminal is the interface to a mainframe) but the ones I have worked with you just plugged them in and selected your connection type (if you're using citrix you'll have two choices, that or RDP) and click on it and you get the login screen.
It may differ from one thin client to another but that's how it worked with the Wise terminals one old client of mine had. (they were running citrix but it would connect just the same with RDP as well)

You really can not do exactly what you want with just Windows Terminal Server. It is a Windows client and so requires the underlying windows OS to run the client. Citrix like Curt mentioned has support to more devices but you probably do not want to purchase other devices. if you are looking to lock out from features of the underlying OS you can create the workstation as autologon and use policies to lock out what you don't want them to access locally and have the terminal servics client load at startup. Understand there really is no way to make complete dummy terminals out of them...
