Terminating windows 98 connection

CPU/Ram: Xeon 512MB

I am using Win 2003 server and Windows 98 workstations. I have a problem.
My server disconects computers, when i don't use network for some time. Then i must to restart computers ang logon again. But after that sometimes i get a message, that user does not exist on specified domain.
Could you help me.
