I want to use Terminal Server on SBS 2003. Do I need additional licenses for this? I heard something about TS CAL's needed for each user/client connecting.

As far as i know terminal services wasnt on SBS 2000 so i'm not sure about 2003. But yes you do need Cal's for each connection to your box.

Do you know anything about DNS ?? external DNS setup i would really appreciate some help with that

SBS 2003 does have terminal service available but only for remote admin. It is not recommended application mode. You need to install a 2nd server for TS.
