Hello this is faisal,
Can any body give information about THIN CLIENT SERVER. How to make it. What are requirement of it. if any body knows about it, Please reply me.

Faisal, it's a really big topic...if you're really serious get a book as well as using google.
just a few odd points in reply:
1. buy special hardware boxes for the clients, or you can use older PCs which don't need much power or even a hard drive. Then set up a server with terminal service functionality. Citrix on Windows or Unix flavors can do this, but most popular for smaller networks is Windows Server with built-in capabilities. Make sure you know how many thin clients you want accessing your server at once.
2. On your server make sure you have the fastest CPU you can afford, and more RAM than you can actually afford (borrow some money). Also make sure you have a fast network if you don't want client usage to be like watching grass grow.
