hi,
how to repair TCP/IP coz im encountered problem in TCP/IP and it affects the dependencies services.during bootup,i received this Application Error:
ntfrs.exe,tlntsvr.exe,msdtc.exe,mqsvc.exe,tcpsvcs.exe(The memory could not be read) and Please setup TCP/IP (control>network)error=87.i looked into eventlog i found out the IPSec is in block mode.thanks!

Did you check the error messages on microsoft's knowledge base?

That's where I would start looking. If you don't find anything there. Try google searching the error messages there.
