Hi, We are using Windows 2003 Server Sp1. When I create a "Shadow copy Volume" on one of our servers, the scheduler service does not run the shadow copy. When I went into the "Task Scheduler" in control panel, to look at the properties of the shadow copy, it doesn't show the NT Authority\System as the "Runas" username. It's blank and greyed out. Therefore it's not able to run because there is no user account. I deleted the task and created it again with the same problem.
When I go to the properties of the task, I get the following error message:
General page initialization failed. The specific error is: 0x8007000d: The data is invalid. An error has occurred attempting to retrieve account information. You may continue editing the task object, but will be unable to change task account information.
