During the course of the day my users will loose their mapped drive. when they try to reconnect they get logon failure target account incorrect.
We use AD, and have mutiple DC's running some of the DC's are at remote locations, also the the remote DC's provide DNS at their locaton.

Do they have local accounts on the machine they are trying to access or is the share on a DC?

Share is on the DC no local accounts. I also did some checking and I think there is a problem with my remote DC's they are not replicating properly. I tried to do a dcpromo to remove the DC and was going to recreate it once it was removed, but now I can not remove one of the dc's, I am getting logn on failure to another remote DC
