Hello all, I am a newbie and trying to learn from my mistakes. Apparently, I have made a very big one. I recently tried to add another hard drive to my system to expand the memory capacity and to maybe experiement with RAID. My originally server installation totally crapped out on me. I formated the drive and tried to reinstall Server 2003 but every time I try to do so, I get the following error message:
Systemdd.sys could not load Error Code is: 4
Talk about cryptic. I tried to install XP Professional and I get the same message. I can install Windows ME just fine, but I cannot load XP PRO or Server 2003. Can someone please tell me what the problem might be? I can be emailed at atristan@esol-net.com. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this weird problem.
