I know it sounds real bad but my server started to reboot time after time, so I run McAfee's Stinger. It found three worms and I want to delete them. But there's no System Restore tag within System Properties in Win 2003 Server. At least I wasn't able to find it. Any help, please? Thanks in advance.

There is no automated Inbuilt System Restore functionality in windows 2003. it is done via NTbackup System State Backup which is essentially the same thing, just not automated unless you create a schedule for it to do so. So unless you have been creating regular System State Backups you cant roll it back.
Besides if you are trying to clean the worms off why dont you just delete them using antivirus tools / google instead of rolling back?
