CPU/Ram: 2G 2G RAM

In one of the server, it shows the following log (5719), its suggested link (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp) is a dead link, also, by search the event log number 5719, it didn't show the same error description as below, so I wonder what the following log mean actually...do anyone have idea? Thanks

If this computer is a domain controller for the specified domain, it sets up the secure session to the primary domain controller emulator in the specified domain. Otherwise, this computer sets up the secure session to any domain controller in the specified domain.

I'm having the same problem but it may differ with hardware configuration...
