Startup disk - windows 2003 server

I need startup disk (boot disk) for windows 2003 server Entreprise Edition.

The WinS2k3 cd is bootable but your bios has to be set to boot off of a cd before your hard drive. I looked for a WinS2k3 bootdisk but couldn't find one. If you can't boot the cd you can use a Win9x bootdisk it install with. You just run winnt.exe in the i386 folder of the cd.

A:\> X:\i386\winnt.exe

You can use only exernal floopy (like 98) to boot up and then install by usint WINNT command the server.
There no boot disks to Windows 2000.
