Go to microsoft.com and technet then search on what you are asking. Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.

It's called the Windows 2003 Security Guide. Also scan the SQL machine with MBSA 2.0. "How many squirrels had to die to make you look fly?!"
