I'm a newbie, so please bear with me. I am running a server on Windows Server 2003 SP 2, and I want to install MS SQL Server 2005 using an SP1 installation disc. Whenever I open the setup file on the disc, I get this message:

INCORRECT PLATFORM
Setup cannot update x86 products on this computer.
To proceed, run the Service Pack Setup program for the x86 platform.

I've been searching around online, and it seems like I'm supposed to update the SQL Server from SP1 to SP2, but I don't see how I can do that since I can't even install SQL Server yet. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be much appreciated. Thanks!

My current system specs:
AMD Athlon Dual Core 3600+ 2.0 GHz
2.00 GHz RAM
Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2
