I have a win 2003 server domain with WINS, DNS, & DC, file server on 1 server. My problem is, all of the sudden, Win 98 clients that connect to this server is very very slow in response time to network applications. All win 98 computers, BUT the Win XP computers are working fine. I have stopped & restarted DNS & flushed DNS, any suggestions? Thanks

If you can't do that for budgetary reasons, go to microsoft's web site and do some searches of the knowledge base. I believe you need to download and install the dsclient software for your 98 PC's.
But honestly, they're old, outdated and were never designed to run in an Active Directory domain, it's time to catch up with the technology.
