I am trying to set up a shared folder on windows server 2003 that only 2 computers can access. Both of the computers login to the domain remotely. I created the folder and added the computers under permissions as well as under security. I removed the "everyone" group under permissions. I granted full control to both computers under permissions and security. When I try to access to the shared folder from one of the computers it says access is denied. If I add the everyone group back in it works. There is something I am not understanding about how this works. Anyone have any ideas?

just a little more info for you guys. The reason I am trying to setup permissions by computer instead by user, is that currently everyone signs in with the same username. If I go into permissions or securty and click "add", I can click "object types" and check the box named "computers" thereby allowing me to add specific computers to permissions and security, atleast in theory.
